
Sales Pipeline Builder

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to build a pipeline from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Leads: You will identify and qualify potential clients through industry research, LinkedIn, company websites, and other online resources.
- Cold Outreach: You will engage with prospects across email, phone, LinkedIn, and SMS using creative, personalized, and strategic touchpoints that drive responses.
- Booking Appointments: Your goal is to schedule solid, qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be speaking directly with decision-makers and securing time slots on their calendars.
- Pipeline Management: You will maintain an organized pipeline using a CRM or spreadsheet, ensuring timely follow-ups and no lead falls through the cracks.
- Industry Knowledge: You will become familiar with how our interactive solutions help businesses stand out in various industries and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Proven SDR Experience: You have spent 2.5–5 years performing outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting, ideally in industries like marketing, SaaS, or advertising.
- Fluent English: You speak fluent, American-accent or neutral English, and you are confident communicating with business owners or executives over the phone.
- Multichannel Outreach Skills: You have used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP dialers, email outreach platforms, and CRMs. You know how to execute a successful outreach process and adapt it for different industries.
- Full-Cycle Prospecting: You are comfortable handling every stage of prospecting, from identifying leads to securing the meeting. You understand how to build relationships across multiple touchpoints and maintain momentum.
