The role of a Sales Development Representative is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential customers through targeted cold-calling efforts;
- Fostering strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales forward;
- Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to streamline lead management and sales activities;
- Regularly analyzing meeting quotas and progress towards achieving sales objectives;
- Providing detailed reports on sales activities and outcomes;
- Collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies for exceeding sales targets.
A successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in English, preferably at a C1/C2 level;
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including multitouch outbound calling duties;
- Ability to handle 50+ calls daily, accompanied by email follow-ups;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective client interactions;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as CRM software;
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with experience in a multi-client environment;
- Excellent computer aptitude, including Microsoft 365 proficiency;
- Strong organizational skills, complemented by excellent listening, oral, and written communication abilities;
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospects via phone and email;
- Analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently;
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a focus on results-driven performance.
