
People Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an empathic and customer-focused experience for everyone in the organization.
- Support employee questions and inquiries with high-level customer service.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Manage employee data in the HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in Confluence spaces and Google drives.
- Keep track of HR initiatives and report accordingly.
- Triage Zendesk tickets within 24 hours.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
