Leadership Development Manager

As a key member of our global team, the Leadership Development Manager plays a pivotal role in providing new and existing leaders with essential training, coaching, and development across the organization. Our primary objective is to equip leaders with the necessary skills and support to effectively balance people and performance while driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience as an operations or training manager, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of leadership, coaching, and operational concepts to ensure seamless skill transfer from the classroom to the production floor.

Main Responsibilities
  • Possess exceptional presentation and group facilitation skills, demonstrating knowledge of adult learning principles; adjusting teaching style to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects; prioritize work to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications

Desired:

  • Substantial leadership development background in a BPO setting is highly preferred.
  • Training/Facilitation experience in Call Center space in a managerial capacity is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including graveyard shifts, is desirable.
  • Willingness to adapt to hybrid work arrangements is beneficial.
Key Skills
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

Additional Requirements: The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
