We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Specialist to join our team and support the operational aspects of our project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience working in a telecom environment.

The role involves facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers regarding service cessation and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Organizing shipping and returns of hardware from customers or core sites.
  • Issuing cease notices to suppliers for underlying services.
  • Creating tickets for internal teams to act on service cessation.
  • Updating and closing supplier contracts in our database accordingly.
  • Coordinating with the Finance team to ensure proper customer billing and supplier accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate efficient processes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 6-12 months of experience in a telecom environment, preferably in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Familiarity with database management and basic knowledge of supplier contract management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
