Quality Management System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Administrator to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. This is a unique opportunity to work in the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing industry, where you will be responsible for administering the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H) activities.
About the RoleAs a Quality Management System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and maintain the QMS-9000 / ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems, including the revision of the Quality Manual as applicable.
You will also be responsible for organizing external audit preparations conducted by customers, ISO auditors, and standard certifying bodies. Additionally, you will assist customers, certifying bodies, and government agencies during qualification, system compliance, and process audits.
Your duties will include leading auditor roles in system audits, process audits, documentation, and health and safety audits. You will communicate with customers, certifying bodies, and government agencies regarding recommendations, improvements, and customer issues/related requirements on standards and review applications.
Other key responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the QMS and meeting quality objectives and goals. You will supervise the company-wide control of documents, attend regular meetings with customers pertaining to quality and standard requirements, and provide necessary documents and reports on quality as per customer needs.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of quality management systems and experience in implementing and maintaining QMS-9000 / ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
Additionally, you should have a college graduate degree and relevant experience in the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing industry. A strong understanding of environmental, safety, and health regulations is essential, as well as the ability to conduct internal audits and maintain accurate records.
About the SalaryThe salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the importance of this role within our organization.
