About the Role

You will be responsible for directing and supervising work activities of inspectors, performing line checking to ensure conformance with specification and standards, and reporting and recommending corrective actions on found deviations/non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities

- Directs and Supervises Work Activities">
You will direct and supervise work activities of inspectors in their assigned areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support as needed.
">">Performs Line Checking">You will perform line checking to ensure conformance with specification and standards, identifying and addressing any deviations or non-conformances.
">">Reports and Recommends Corrective Actions">You will report and recommend corrective actions on found deviations/non-conformances, working closely with other teams to implement solutions.
">">Plans, Organizes, and Schedules Manpower">You will plan, organize, and schedule manpower to support production operation, ensuring that all necessary resources are available when needed.
">">Conducts Training and Re-training">You will conduct training and re-training of inspectors, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
">">Calls and Presides Meetings">You will call and preside meetings with process engineers and manufacturing supervisors to settle internal and external quality issues, promoting collaboration and resolution.
">">Generates Corrective Action Reports">You will generate corrective action reports upon issuance of non-conformity reports (NCR) or one pager reports (OPR), following customer requirements and industry standards.
">">Supports Process Engineer During BY-OFF">You will provide support to process engineers during BY-OFF periods, helping to maintain production operations and ensure continuity.
">">Verifies and Approves Fabricated Tools and Jigs">You will verify and approve all fabricated production tools and jigs, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.
">">Initiates Improvement Projects">You will initiate improvement projects to minimize or reduce quality defects by analyzing data and current processes, implementing changes as needed.
">">Performs Other Functions as Assigned">You will perform other functions as may be assigned by your superior, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
">">Requirements and Qualifications

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Field">
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, with relevant experience preferred.
">">Strong Leadership Skills">You should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct and supervise work activities of inspectors.
">">Attention to Detail">You must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work activities and processes meet quality and safety standards.
">">Excellent Communication Skills">You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

">">">Estimated Salary: PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per annum
