Job Overview

At Job Matchmaker, we are seeking an exceptional IMS Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our adherence to various management system requirements and the efficient functioning of our Integrated Management System (IMS).

As an Integrated Management Systems Professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the IMS to meet industry regulations and best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving and sustaining high levels of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the IMS to meet industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure the organization's adherence to various management system requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems, environmental management systems, and safety management systems.
  • Mentor and train team members on IMS procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IMS, preferably in an electrical/electronics/semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of QMS/EMS/safety management systems, training, and continuous improvement.

Salary Estimate:
We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and the cost of living in General Trias, Calabarzon. We strive to provide a fair and attractive compensation package to our employees.
