Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing

As a key member of our team at JOB MATCHMAKER, the IPQC Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily quality targets and ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing quality data, planning for quality improvement, and conducting training for IPQC leaders and inspectors. The successful candidate will have experience in PCBA and UPS manufacturing, be knowledgeable in QC tools and problem-solving methodologies, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • Experience in PCBA and UPS manufacturing as Quality Control
  • Knowledgeable in QC tools and problem-solving methodologies
