We are looking for a seasoned Property and Construction Project Manager to lead our team in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

This position involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, and providing top-notch property management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and surveillance of properties, including offices and residential buildings.
  • Manage properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensure that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement building management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should also have hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction oversight.

    • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
