Property Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of short-term and long-term rental properties.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of short-term rental property management, encompassing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of long-term rental properties, focusing on tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and employee onboarding.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports; perform in-depth financial analysis; ensure compliance with established financial reporting standards.
- Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through thorough valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic plans, and conducting market research.
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting senior management and staff.
- Stable and fast internet connectivity.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
