Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor lease compliance and take necessary steps to resolve any issues
  • Oversee financial transactions, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships and process payroll for maintenance technicians
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with financial management and data entry
  • Marketing and tenant acquisition skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
