Customer Support Specialist

The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to act as the backbone of our sales team. This position requires a proactive, organised and digitally savvy individual who can work closely with the sales director and wider sales team to ensure operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer data, interactions and deal progress within our CRM system
  • Coordinating schedules, sending reminders and preparing for meetings
  • Drafting and sending professional digital communications to clients and partner agencies
  • Tracking and following up on leads, documentation and application progress

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including lead management, opportunity tracking and activity logging
  • Technical capability in email automation, calendar platforms and communication systems
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills
  • High level of accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
  • Friendly and solution-oriented approach to engaging with customers and agency partners
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve administrative or scheduling issues
