We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and issues.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their expectations.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products or services when possible.
- Foster sustainable relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain best-in-class service standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar environment.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
