The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in driving business growth by providing exceptional support services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data from various sources to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information for seamless communication and coordination.
- Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients to maintain strong relationships and drive engagement.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team to ensure successful execution and outcome.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to meet their needs and expectations.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation for timely and effective delivery.
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives to ensure smooth logistics and minimize disruptions.
- Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings to ensure successful execution and positive outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement to drive continuous enhancement.
- Closely collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Support the sales team in developing sales materials and presentations to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role to demonstrate relevant skills and expertise.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy to ensure precise and reliable results.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality to maintain trust and discretion.
