
Outbound Sales Professional

As a Professional Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, promoting and upselling products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you'll operate in a professional office environment, using a computer and telephone headset. You will be required to sit/stand for long periods while performing tasks and occasionally move about the office to accomplish objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to type 20+ words per minute, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Make outbound calls to potential clients and receive inbound calls from existing ones in a professional and courteous manner
- Educate customers on available products and services, identifying opportunities for upsell
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Manage accounts and process orders accurately using internal systems
- Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Keep accurate records and safeguard customer information
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant teams as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and system changes
- Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
