As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.

You will work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Onboarding new clients and transitioning them from a launch status
  • Proactively researching client companies to stay up to date on any changes or developments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecasting and tracking account metrics and reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy
  • Effectively handling escalations and difficult conversations independently or with support from the Customer Care team and management if necessary
  • Documenting sales opportunities with clients in Salesforce to leverage conversations in future calls

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience, or equivalent (e.g., high-performing Customer Service Associate with high average order value and customer retention/satisfaction)
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in an environment with strong commercial targets
  • Customer-facing experience (sales, retail)
