Payroll Director of Labor Operations

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Weekly Payroll Processing:
- Review and validate timesheets for approximately 150 hourly technicians.
- Process weekly payroll for ~50 salaried employees.
- Manage payroll for ~20 salespeople, including reconciling commission payouts against draws and sales performance.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, including new hire onboarding and terminations.
- Adjust pay rates and compensation details as needed.
- Ensure PTO accruals are tracked and applied accurately.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and audits as required.
