The Client Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring enterprise clients receive top-tier service, fostering long-term partnerships rooted in value.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, resource utilization, and service effectiveness.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in operations management, client success, or account management.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, project management platforms, and data reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric approach.
