Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Client Advocate to drive exceptional customer experiences and ensure long-term relationships with our clients.

This key role involves serving as the primary point of contact, providing proactive support, and offering clear communication about project timelines and updates.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships by regularly checking in with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Onboard new clients by explaining our services, processes, and value propositions in simple terms.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback collection and make recommendations for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and project outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and work on strategies for retention and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus.
  • A customer-centric attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
