Client Success Specialist

This role involves working closely with our Enterprise Client Success Manager to provide consistent, high-quality support that strengthens relationships and drives client retention.

About the Position:
  • We seek a skilled Client Success Specialist to join our Client Success team, focusing on delivering proactive support across all enterprise-level accounts.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences while providing strong support and partnership to our internal team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily communications, responding promptly to client requests, questions, and needs.
  • Maintain a proactive approach when addressing opportunities to enhance client experiences.
  • Work directly with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for tactical account support.
  • Collaborate with our Client Success Manager to execute account strategies and meet performance objectives.

This role requires:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Able to consistently work within the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA) - hours are 8am - 5pm.
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment (laptop with a functioning camera and audio).
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing or account support roles (Enterprise SaaS or services industry preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A sense of urgency and proactivity.
  • Prior experience working in client-facing roles.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to client support.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with software applications relevant to the position.
