Job Title: Training and Development Manager

As a seasoned professional in training and development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that foster skill development and enhance team performance. Your key responsibilities will include developing and organizing virtual and in-person training sessions to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.

  • Design and Deliver Effective Training Programs: Develop and organize training programs to address specific knowledge or skill gaps, ensuring they are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the business goals.
  • Assess Training Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized materials to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational needs, aligning with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain Up-to-Date Training Materials: Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources, ensuring they are aligned with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide Ongoing Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy, with the ability to use online training tools and platforms effectively.
  • Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
