The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that improve staff performance and support business goals. This role ensures that employees across all brands are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and customer service mindset required to uphold FooDee's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with HR and Operations.
- Design learning modules for onboarding, customer service, food safety, brand standards, and leadership development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Work with brand heads and restaurant managers to ensure alignment of training goals with brand identity.
- Organize and facilitate in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Create training materials, SOP manuals, handbooks, and e-learning content.
- Evaluate post-training performance and provide follow-up coaching where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local labor, safety, and health regulations in training content.
- Manage and mentor training officers or coordinators, if applicable.
