Job Description


• Facilitate employee evaluations to assess suitability for a continued employment.


• Design and deliver training programs to address employee skills and knowledge gaps.


• Manage training program logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications


• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any business-related course.


• Preferably with relevant experience in learning and development, particularly in training design, facilitation, and evaluation


• Above-average communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering.
  • Preferably with experience in surveying.
  • Willing to travel and do fieldwork or site visits.
