Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Training Manager focusing on Travel and Hospitality. The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees. Duties include designing curriculum, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and updating training materials. This position is based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Program Development, Curriculum Design, and Instructional Design
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of the Travel and Hospitality Industry (Lodging and Non-lodging)
  • Proficient in Performance Assessment and Training Evaluation
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Lead and Motivate a Team
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in a training or educational role within the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned to our MAAX site (Pasay)
