What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various departments

  • Design, develop, and implement training programmes that address the specific needs of our employees, covering areas such as product knowledge, customer service, operational procedures, and leadership development

  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, leveraging a variety of instructional methods and technologies to ensure maximum learning and retention

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to create customised training content that aligns with our business objectives and company culture

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make data-driven improvements to enhance their impact and relevance

  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential

  • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and return on investment

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging training methodologies to ensure our programmes remain cutting-edge and competitive

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry

  • Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective training programmes that drive employee engagement and performance

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate diverse audiences

  • Proficient in utilising training technologies and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills

  • Thorough understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles

  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
