Training Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering learning solutions, managing training materials, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and the ability to develop engaging and interactive training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality training course material using instructional design techniques in conjunction with adult learning theory
  • Develop assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness
  • Design training and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery
  • Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards
  • Assess the current state of training content across various formats, including instructor-led, eLearning, mobile, and performance support
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with creative use of instructional design technologies
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
