Payroll Operations Specialist

This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of our payroll processes.

  • Monitor and process employee schedules and timesheets with accuracy, documenting all work hours for payroll purposes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and provide regular reports as required.
  • Assist in processing end-to-end employee payrolls, updating, and maintaining employee information.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing and timekeeping. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is also required.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in using HRIS and timekeeping systems, Excel, and other formulas, Microsoft Office, etc. Additionally, knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations is beneficial.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities are necessary.

Requirements
