The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all areas of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that employees are supported to achieve organizational goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, job offers).
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Promote positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
  • Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or coaching support.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing career development and succession planning programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related HR data.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR database.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, rules, and regulations consistently.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Educate employees on workplace rules and standards of conduct.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
