About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager (Generalist) to join the Joy~Nostalg Group. This is a full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the Human Resource Manager (Generalist), you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing strategic HR leadership and support across the organization
  • Overseeing all HR operations, including timekeeping, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Leading and managing the HR team to deliver high-quality service
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide effective HR solutions
  • Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Keeping up to date on governmental laws and requirements that affect the organization
  • Strive to address or elevate any critical employee-related concerns to management as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or HR services industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record in leading and managing an HR team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
