Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator Role:

This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support the Human Resources function by assisting with various human resources activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for human experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

  • Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

Employee Experience
  • Work with the Human Resources team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone.
  • Provides support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considers how we innovate and advance our Human Resources operations backbone.

HR Administration

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Report on people initiatives as required.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
