Job Description

The role of a Product Owner involves serving as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Key responsibilities include defining and communicating product vision, creating and managing product backlogs, prioritizing user stories, and ensuring alignment with company vision.

This position plays a critical role in enhancing products through strategic decision-making and prioritization based on customer feedback and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to align stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Create and manage product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and clearly defining acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning and participate in daily stand-ups to ensure team focus on delivering high-quality results
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or related roles, preferably in an agile environment
  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs and defining user stories
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company
  • Familiarity with customer feedback gathering tools and product analytics
