Key Role: Product Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our product development efforts. As the primary liaison between stakeholders and our development teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs and align with our business vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Product Backlog Management: Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and clearly defining acceptance criteria to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Sprint Planning and Execution: Lead sprint planning and participate in daily stand-ups to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality results.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric product development approach.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work during sprint reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team.
  • Customer Engagement: Continuously engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product features and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product enhancements and innovation.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product ownership or related roles, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs and defining user stories.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs with technical constraints and market demand.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback gathering tools and product analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of product-market fit.
