Merchandise Strategist, E-commerce Operations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing merchandise strategies that drive growth across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize product offerings, improve customer experience, and increase sales.
  • Work closely with sellers and suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
