As a Social Media Strategist, you'll be part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering exceptional support and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your role will involve engaging with users across various social media platforms, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues while maintaining a positive and transparent experience in both public forums and private spaces.

You will be the primary liaison between the company and its users on platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, offering empathetic, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the company's products and services, the ability to represent the brand authentically, and the capacity to advocate for customers' needs through feedback gathered on social channels.


Job Duties:
  • Provide outstanding support across social media platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), addressing both public and private inquiries.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining transparency and aligning with company standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and offering proactive solutions.
  • Take ownership of social media cases, identifying root causes, and escalating sensitive issues when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and set clear expectations to minimize effort and improve experience.
  • Lead by example, maintaining high performance and professionalism in line with company values and mission.
  • Develop expertise in the company's products and services, as well as understanding the rapidly changing landscape of the industry, to help customers navigate new features and tools.

Job Requirements:
  • Full-time, in-office role at our Metro Manila location, requiring five days a week of attendance.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends to support the global 24/7 nature of the industry.
  • Passionate about the company's mission and committed to creating seamless experiences for high-value customers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced social media support role, specifically with high-value customers.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, and crypto-related topics (for roles in the fintech or crypto sector).
  • Flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a passion for helping customers use company products successfully and creating a loyal community of power users.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience at crypto exchanges, financial services, or related industries (payments, trading operations, technical support).
  • Proficiency in understanding cryptocurrency concepts and related products.
  • Experience in training or quality auditing roles within customer support teams.
  • Background in Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, or FinTech.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Sprinklr, Google apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
