Job Title

We are seeking a Product Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the liaison between stakeholders and our development teams, ensuring that the right features are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

You will have a critical role in enhancing our products, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and strategic goals, while ensuring alignment with our company vision.

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to align stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and clearly defining acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint planning and participate in daily stand-ups, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-quality results.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric product development.
  • Review and accept completed work during sprint reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team.
  • Continuously engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product features and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product enhancements and innovations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are beneficial.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product ownership or related roles, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs and defining user stories.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs with technical constraints and market demands.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback gathering tools and product analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of product-market fit.
