Job Overview

As a results-driven account strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by building strong relationships with key clients.

  • Take ownership of new business pitches, ensuring seamless onboarding of new brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performances, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with key personnel in assigned brand accounts, fostering collaborative relationships that drive mutual success.
  • Anticipate and resolve client concerns, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to increase productivity and efficiency across key accounts.
  • Pursue opportunities for collaboration with manufacturers, identifying mutually beneficial joint-promotion initiatives.
