We are seeking a seasoned Client Support Expert to join our team at Lightbird. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer-facing roles, product knowledge, and technical skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level support to clients, leveraging extensive product knowledge to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing issue resolution times.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing business decisions to optimize customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on new product releases and features, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Extensive product knowledge, with a deep understanding of HCM software and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
