Healthcare Operations Coordinator

At Call Hero, we empower health business owners to measure and train their teams effectively. Our software helps convert more phone calls into new patients.
The Role- We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to process internal referrals and ensure they are added to the correct lists.
- Scheduling allied health appointments for PT, KIN, CC, OT, and Vision services is also part of the role.
- Calling approved patients to book treatments.
- Managing patient approvals, denials, and follow-up lists.
- Assisting with EACR treatment block bookings and LTD approvals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in healthcare settings.
- Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills are required.
- Multitasking and scheduling efficiently are key strengths.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace is necessary.
- Familiarity with healthcare software tools, such as EMR/EHR systems, is beneficial.
- Handling insurance claims and billing experience is a significant asset.
Please note that our company requires candidates without external client engagements. This role may involve Saturday and Sunday shifts.
