Healthcare Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our day-to-day execution across marketing, internal operations, and sales support.

  • Create, edit, and manage digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and website copy, with a focus on SEO.
  • Produce high-quality content for LinkedIn and Instagram to support brand visibility and hiring efforts.
  • Edit presentation decks and videos for sales or internal use, using Canva and light video tools.
  • Manage inbound lead tracking and CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate data and efficient processes.
  • Assist with preparing sales decks, pre-call briefs, and follow-up materials, providing critical support to sales teams.
  • C coordinate scheduling and touchpoints for sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Track and send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and conduct vendor research as needed.
  • Support ad hoc research, documentation, and system tasks across the team, providing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Monitor databases and business dashboards, reading and interpreting data summaries to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in documentation, SOP drafting, and business writing projects, contributing to the development of knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in operations, marketing, or admin support.
  • Prior experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong written English skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Comfortable switching between tasks and taking initiative independently.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in healthcare, healthtech, or pharmacy operations.
  • Experience with content writing, SEO, or social media strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or light business analytics.
  • Light video editing or design experience.
