
Administrative Professional for Construction Projects

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong background in the construction industry.
Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations specific to construction projects.
They will also handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, they will assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, contracts, and permits.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software
- Excellent English communication skills
