A Project Site Engineer oversees the technical aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to plans, regulations, and timelines, while managing resources and coordinating with various teams

Key Responsibilities:

Preferably Civil or Electrical Licensed Engineer with 2 to 5 year Worked Experience

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and review project plans and blueprints.
  • Manage site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
  • Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with contractors, architect
  • Prepare site reports and log progress.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:
  • Address any technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions on site.
  • Ensure the quality of workmanship and materials.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Supervise and direct engineering activities, assign tasks, and provide training and support.
  • Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
  • Other Duties:
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections.
  • Develop labor and material cost estimates for a project.
  • Advise the construction team on operational enhancements to lower costs and enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in construction or project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software, surveying, and blueprint reading.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong Leadership and Accountability
  • Other: Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
