Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects, ensuring timely completion and optimal results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in a robust project management platform.
  • Verify installation readiness through thorough inspection and verification processes.
  • Provide technical input leveraging your electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors, enhancing project quality and safety.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with project management software is highly valued, but not required.
