Job Title: Project Management Professional

A skilled Project Management Professional is required to oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from inception to completion. This includes managing budgets, coordinating pre-construction activities, and tracking project progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities including bid preparation, project timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor and report on project status, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
  • Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure timely project progress.
  • Utilize project management software for task management and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Handle financial aspects such as estimating, change orders, and project closeout.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in construction or project management, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player willing to work in a fast-paced, growing business.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans.
  • Experience with construction estimating and takeoffs.
