This challenging opportunity allows you to lead national construction projects and drive business growth for a company with a strong track record of expansion.

  • Oversee the implementation of construction activities across all active and upcoming projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality standards, and strategic budget allocation.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate operational risks.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic construction schedules, resource management plans, and procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, strong communication skills, and experience in organizational development, career guidance, and team leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel extensively, adapt to flexible work schedules, and stay on-site as needed.
