Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Provide timely and effective resolution to technical incidents reported by our clients.
- Ticket Management: Manage tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Daily Follow-ups: Perform daily follow-ups with end-users to ensure that their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an MSP or call center environment.
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and other relevant technologies.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
