Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Analyst who will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to resolve their technical issues and provide them with exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Provide timely and effective resolution to technical incidents reported by our clients.
  • Ticket Management: Manage tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Daily Follow-ups: Perform daily follow-ups with end-users to ensure that their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an MSP or call center environment.

Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and other relevant technologies.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
