About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our global IT team. As a key member of our Helpdesk team, you will provide first-level technical support to our global workforce during night shift hours.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for Mac and Windows users. You will also assist users with basic issues related to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Active Directory, Okta, and other company standard applications.

In addition to technical support, you will be responsible for logging all support requests and incidents accurately in the ticketing system and escalating unresolved issues to specialized IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Mac and Windows users.
  • Assist users with basic issues related to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Active Directory, Okta, and other company standard applications.
  • Log all support requests and incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to specialized IT teams.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise IT tools and platforms.
  • Experience using remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
