About Power Factors, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Support professional to join our Global Customer Support department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role as an internal support escalation subject matter expert.

Our technical support services provide customers with prompt and effective resolutions to technical challenges involving multiple platform issues, data flows, networking, communication failures, and KPI calculations for customer assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, triaging, and prioritizing incoming technical support calls from customers.

We believe that you have excellent problem-solving skills and can effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities. You will work well in a fast-paced environment, driven by continuous learning and growth.

About the Role
  • Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming technical support calls from customers.
  • Assess and prioritize cases based on urgency, impact, and customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Gather detailed information from customers to accurately identify and document issues, including relevant symptoms, error messages, and troubleshooting steps already taken.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose data flow issues from remote sites into the cloud.

In this role, you will support our customers by resolving technical challenges involving platform issues, data flows, networking, communication failures, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM / Ticketing system as well as ticketing workflows.
