Job Title: Technical Support Expert

We're looking for a skilled professional who can provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

You'll be the go-to person for technical queries, providing step-by-step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual customer.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch technical support via multiple channels
  • Resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong spoken and written English skills (at least C1)
  • Minimum 1 year professional technical support experience or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting customers via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, sharing expertise and receiving feedback
