Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys problem-solving and providing top-notch customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for our clients. You will work closely with our technical team to identify and resolve complex problems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with the technical team to identify and resolve root causes of issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure high-quality support
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
